Terms

Terms of Service for Drive Solomon.

These terms explain the rules for using Drive Solomon, connecting Google Workspace, managing account access, and using related product services.

Effective date: August 17, 2026

The service

Drive Solomon provides account setup, business onboarding, workspace connections, and related operational tools. These Terms of Service govern your use of drivesolomon.com, the Drive Solomon account experience, and connected product features that refer to these terms.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Drive Solomon or connect a third-party service to it.

Some features may be available only to invited users, approved accounts, or users with the required business or tenant access. Signing in confirms your identity, but it does not by itself grant access to a business, tenant, role, or protected workspace.

Accounts and authorized users

You agree to provide accurate information when you create or request an account and to keep your sign-in information secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for making sure that people you invite or authorize use the service appropriately.

You may sign in with an email and password or with a supported Google identity. Google authentication is an identity and sign-in method. It does not replace Solomon's account, invitation, onboarding, tenant, or role checks.

Google Drive and connected services

When you connect Google Drive or another supported Google service, you authorize Solomon to request the permissions shown during the Google authorization flow and to use those permissions for the connected workflows you choose. Access may include Drive file permissions needed to create, open, or work with files through Solomon.

You control the Google account and can revoke its connection through Google or through the available Solomon connection controls. Disconnecting removes Solomon's stored connection credential where the service supports that operation, but it does not delete files or change ownership settings in your Google account unless a separate action clearly says it will do so.

Google services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's terms and policies. Solomon is not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, or decisions made by Google or another connected provider.

Your content and permissions

You retain the rights you have in information, files, and other content that you submit to or connect with Solomon. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for Solomon to process that content and carry out the actions you request.

You must not use the service to upload or transmit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or malicious content, or to access an account, tenant, workspace, file, or system without permission.

Plans, billing, and cancellations

Some Drive Solomon features or account plans may require payment. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and plan-specific limits are shown at checkout or in the account experience. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider, and that provider's terms may also apply.

You may cancel or change a plan through the account controls available to you. Unless a checkout page or applicable law says otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not automatically create a refund for amounts already charged.

Acceptable use and security

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe or attack our systems, use automation to abuse the service, reverse engineer protected components, or use the service to violate the rights or security of another person or organization.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect users, connected services, the platform, or the integrity of account and tenant permissions. We may also act when required by law or when these Terms are violated.

Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep Drive Solomon available and reliable, but the service may be changed, interrupted, delayed, or unavailable from time to time for maintenance, security, provider outages, or events outside our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose. Solomon does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or other professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made using the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service, law, or business operations change. We will post the current version at this URL and update the effective date. Your continued use of the service after an update means that you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of notice or consent.
